Shipping
In additional to the conventional USPS shipping options we offer Flat Rate Shipping to anywhere in the Continental United States for just $5.99 and Alaska and Hawaii for just $9.99. Most products are generally shipped USPS Priority Mail however under this option we do reserve the right to ship UPS and USPS Parcel Post as well.

All orders placed before 11 AM CST will generally be shipped the same business day. If orders are placed on a weekend or holiday, they will be shipped the next business day.

Projected Shipping Time is supplied by the USPS Gateway at the time of checkout, however USPS Priority Mail delivery times are not guaranteed.. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for any delays that may occur on behalf of the United States Postal Service.

Every product shown on our website is currently in stock and can be shipped immediately unless noted. Please note though that we have a portion of products that require additional ship time, this is clearly marked on each product.

If you'd like your package shipped on a certain date or a certain way, just let us know, we are happy to fulfill your request!

International Orders
Regretfully all orders are limited to United States customers only.

Sales Tax
Sales tax of 6.25% is charged for Illinois residents only.

Return Policy
We hope all of our customers are 100% satisfied. We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. Apparel, Customized, and Special Order items may not be returned. All returns must be in original condition and packaging.
